Yongan Viaton Minerals Company Limited was formed in 2008 as a Joint Venture between Yongan Qisheng Minerals Co.Ltd and Viaton Industries Ltd.UK.

We combines the experiences of Qisheng Minerals in the manufacture and marketing g of floatation grade barites in China, with 80 years expertise of Viaton in the development, production and marketing of micronzed barium sulphate.

Our raw material partners have been involved in sourcing and processing of lump white barites for many years, guaranteeing a supply chain with consistent quality. Flotation reserves in excess of 7 million tonnes.

Yongan Viaton offers 2main product groups-AIRWHITE and BARIFINE –each being tailored to customers’ specific needs and end application

Airwhite products are manufactured from high whiteness, low silica, and high purity barium sulphate materials. With benefits ranging from TiO2 spacing, reduction of resin and solvent demand, as a functional filler to offer chemical resistance, durability and ‘bulking’ properties as well as helping to enhance the full brilliance of coloured pigmented surface coatings.

The airwhite range consists of a number of products. Applications range from surface coatings paints, powder coatings and inks customers and plastic industries.

Barifine grade products are based on a high grade barium sulphate flotation material with low silica and low lead. The products have been specifically designed for industrial primers and other paint applications where high brightness is less importance. The coarser grades are used in frication materials where their low oil absorption and hardness reduces resin demand, increases production efficiency and reduces equipment wear.

 Yonga Qisheng Minerals Company Ltd

Yongan Qisheng Minerals owns and operates the only barities mine in Fujian Province, Mineral resources are abundant.

The company produces drilling grade and has installed two flotation plants for chemical grade barites, having a capacity of 100,000 Tonnes per year. Products are exported to America and Europe.
